Warehouse

Getting materials to the show floor on time is often harder than the booth itself. Most convention centers won't accept freight before move-in, and official contractor warehouses come with strict deadlines and high material-handling fees.

ExhibitsMarket receives your shipments at our own warehouse in Orlando, Florida — from exhibitors in any country. We check them in, store them safely and deliver them to your booth, whether your show is in Orlando or anywhere else in the U.S.

How it works

  1. Request a quote. Tell us your show, number of boxes or pallets and approximate weight.
  2. Get your shipment number and labels. Every box must carry them.
  3. Ship to our warehouse by courier (DHL, UPS, FedEx) or your freight forwarder.
  4. We confirm receipt with a box count and photos.
  5. We deliver to your booth. For Orlando shows (Orange County Convention Center) we bring materials to your booth. For other cities we forward to the show's official warehouse or booth location.
  6. After the show we pick up, store, return-ship or forward to your next U.S. show.

Customs & ATA Carnet

The U.S. accepts ATA Carnets for exhibitions and fairs. Items that will be sold or stay in the U.S. need a commercial invoice. Customs clearance requires a licensed customs broker; we can introduce you to brokers we work with. (ExhibitsMarket is not a customs broker.)

What we accept

Product samples, literature, booth components, graphics, displays and promotional items. Contact us before shipping hazardous, flammable or regulated goods. Food samples are subject to FDA rules.

Material handling (drayage) fees charged by the official show contractor may apply at some venues. We list them separately in your quote.

Fees

Fees depend on the number of boxes/pallets, storage time and delivery point, and are itemized in your quote.
