International
Exhibiting in the United States is different from exhibiting at home: official contractors (Freeman, GES), material-handling fees, certificates of insurance, strict deadlines and long-distance coordination. ExhibitsMarket works with exhibitors from every country and gives you one U.S.-based team for the whole show.
What we handle for international exhibitors
| Your challenge | What we do |
|---|---|
| Getting samples and booth materials to the show on time | Advance receiving at our own Orlando warehouse. We check every box, send photo confirmation and deliver to your booth, or forward to the show's official warehouse in any U.S. city |
| Building or shipping a booth from abroad | Booth packages built in the U.S.: modular 10×10, 10×20 and larger, or custom |
| Expensive show furniture | Rentals from our Orlando inventory: stools, cocktail tables, showcases, counters, lounge, carpet |
| Exhibitor manuals, forms and deadlines | We review the manual and track EAC, insurance and discount deadlines for you |
| Time zones and language | One point of contact, fast replies, English and Turkish support |
| Grant or reimbursement paperwork | Itemized invoices showing space, booth, rentals, freight and labor separately |
How it works
- Tell us your show, booth size and what you need. You get an itemized quote within 24 hours.
- Ship to our Orlando warehouse with the labels we provide, by courier, air or ocean freight.
- We receive, store and deliver. Your booth is ready when you arrive.
- After the show we dismantle, store your materials for your next U.S. show or arrange return shipping.
Customs & shipping
- The U.S. accepts ATA Carnets for exhibitions and fairs: goods that return home can enter temporarily without duties.
- Items that will be sold or stay in the U.S. need a commercial invoice; food, cosmetics and medical products are subject to FDA rules.
- Customs clearance requires a licensed customs broker; we can introduce you to brokers we work with. (ExhibitsMarket is not a customs broker.)
